Step 2: In the second step you have to take out the disposable unit. You must dump out the wastewater and the debris. Now you have to pull out the electric connection by pulling the cable off.
Step 3: Now you have to install the new hardware by placing the rubber seal around the drain flange.
Step 4: Now you have to attach the mounting ring with three screws just as you did at the time installation. You must make sure whether it is tight or not.
Step 5: Now you must prepare the new disposal. You must make sure before installing whether anything has remained inside it. After this, you can fix it with screws and tighten it.
Step 6: now you can connect the electrical connections and get ready to use your garbage disposal again. Connect the electrical wires correctly that is with white to white and back to black and fix the connection with wire nuts.
